Shipping
Shipping will take approximately 3-7 days after the item has been made. For custom orders please allow up to 3 weeks for your products to be made.
Returns and Refunds
Clothing; For personalised and custom jumpers and teeshirts there will be no refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you have the right sizing using the sizing charts and you have correctly written and double checked all spelling. No change of mind available for personalised jumpers and teeshirts or custom jumpers or teeshirts sorry!
Stickers; There is no refunds for improper application of stickers. No refunds or exchanges available on custom made or personalised stickers, please make sure you have the correct sizing and or measurements before placing an order. Change of mind or exchange is available for stickers providing they are still in the original condition they were sent to the buyer in (RETURNED AT BUYERS COST). No change of mind for personalised or custom stickers.
